Excellent location, room was immaculate, staff were very efficient however customer service could have been more friendly at breakfast. Chairs and tables could be heard from above dragging on the floor from the rooftop in the evening until closing.

We were rom number 5011 and thair wifi in the room is trouble and they said we have a gym but They didn't even have dumbbells, just four very light dumbbells, the heaviest of which weighed five kilos.

Really nice property located right next to the beach. The property is clean and modern and we even came back to stay there at the end of our Da Nang trip. Only thing that the hotel should consider is adding more elevators as 3 is not enough for such a big hotel.
