Everything was super clean and accessible! The only reason I do 4/5 stars is because I was never sent a link to check in which became really confusing upon arrival, but once that was settled everything was great! I will say tho be prepared for the stairs haha!

The check in process took more than 45 mins. The line was out the door when we walked in at 4:00. The elevator situation was terrible. At times it took more than 20 mins to wait for an elevator to go from the lobby to the room. I was even escorted to the service elevators a few times because it wa so bad. Would also be nice if the hotel bar area opened before 4:30.
