「So I booked my room three weeks ago paid for it in full the day I booked then I get there yesterday and there’s no rooms available so I had to send my kids to other rooms to stay with friends」

「Shower didn’t work, fought to get a different room where the hot water didn’t stay working. Free breakfast is a choice of two cereals, granola bars, or apples. They offer a discount at Waffle House but that is just a free drink or free coffee. They didn’t compensate for having no shower the first night or no hot water the second. I will never be back to that location! 」

「There were 3 weddings in the area and they didn't have rooms ready at the 4 pm check in time for anybody. There was a lot of people and I came in first while everyone cut in front of me. They eventually had to put me in a King "Suite", so I could dress and get ready for the wedding. 」

「I got in a little late but check in was very smooth a the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and neat. Would definitely recommend staying here. 」

「There is about 1/4 inch gap in the door so you can see outside or inside. Each door had a glow from the sunset coming through. Also meant you could hear a lot going on. Soap in bathroom had been used and there was a cigarette burn on top toilet seat cover. Also had to fix the chain inside tank. in the lobby was gross. The only good thing was the staff」

「Check in amount was $10 more than Expedia charge with no explanation. Room was clean with absolutely no amenities, no actual breakfast, nothing. Fine for quick no frills stay when you’re just in town for the night. 」
