Quiet Location On Water

Very nice quiet location away from downtown. Staff was excellent. There were a couple of excellent beach restaurants within walking distance with outstanding fresh seafood. Beach and pool very nice.

In general a nice hotel. But it seems it was more focused on russian tourists. In the area their is not a lot and in the off Season their is kind of nothing open. No Beach, no Pool (just indoor) nothing. It’s ok, but maybe should be mentioned before booking not after booking. The staff was quite nice all the time. All in all I would give it a 3 Star and not a 5 Star.

Lovely relaxing stay

Lovely stay in a seaview room. Room was very spacious and clean. Air con worked well and facilities were great. Pool was great, might be nice to have a couple of fans at the pool bar for very hot days. Staff were lovely. Nice town 5/10 min walk with lots of bars and restaurants, reaaonably priced. There is also a boat from nearby pier to Thesaloniki for a day trip. I would stay here again.

Strange place

I travel a lot and this was a very odd hotel. It is immaculately clean. But not luxurious/5* by any stretch. Beds uncomfortable, towels thin and decor through the hotel is extremely opulent but not in a good way - Russia meets traveller caravan. The check in process was soo slow, breakfast mediocre and the spa/pool and gym can only be used between 1000hrs and 1800hrs. I was visiting with work and wanted to swim when I arrived just before 1800hrs! I was told very firmly no! I like to workout first thing in the morning- again no!!

Spotlessly clean and well maintained but it is an older- styled place. I would not call it 5-star - there is simply nothing like 5-star service. Reception staff were unhelpful when it came to dealing with problems we had in the room and with getting pool towels. There was almost no other contact with staff during our stay - breakfast is fully self-serve buffet, not even serving tea and coffee (a machine to dispense coffee which was almost undrinkable). The pool area and beach were nice, but could do without the constant background club music. The location is out of the way and fairly quiet which was nice.

A beautiful hotel, loved the outdoor pool and room with a direct view of the beach. Beach is literally at the front of the hotel. Hotel has spa but unfortunately I cannot rate it higher than 1 because I went there to book a massage around 3 times and there was no one there. Then I called them but no one answered. I reported it to the reception and they said that someone the spa would call me but no one did. So overall the Spa facility was missing from the hotel which was a real shame because this was partly the reason we booked this hotel. All other features and facilities of the hotel were good and appreciated.

That would be a 5 star review if it wasn't for the spa experience. Really nice and clean rooms, good service, lovely beach and pool area with a bar. However at a wellness hotel I expect to use spa / cosmetical services without issues. During a nail appointment my nails were cut so bad that they were bleeding and afterwards swollen. The polish furthermore is applied as it was applied from a child*. So i highly recommend the hotel but try to avoid the spa services.
