"The pool was out of order but was advertised as working. Shower overflowed everytime it was used. It would flood the entire bathroom floor. Was told that we could change rooms then it didnt happen. The television also did not work. Staff were very friendly though. "

Excellent swimming pool, surrounded by great bar/dining space (with wonderfully eclectic decorations & a friendly macaw) serving a wide-range of tasty & nicely priced food & beverages. Staff were all very friendly & accommodating. Rooms and furniture are definitely showing their age, but the bed was very comfortable & the air-con worked well. "The location is good, but the bathtub in the room wasn't cleaned, and the rooftop jacuzzi wasn't cleaned either. It was slippery and felt terrible. There was no cleaning every day, and it cost 2,000 baht per service. There were no garbage bags either. I asked the staff for them, and they only gave us three bags for a three-story villa with eight rooms. We ended up having to buy them at the supermarket!"
