"The room was very large. It was clean and had everything I needed. The hotel was quiet and the garden area for sitting and visiting was great! They were able to have my daughter's dog in their room for an additional charge but was convenient. Breakfast was good but not a huge variety. Disappointed that the breakfast area did not have decaf coffee however I did have some in my room. Three of us stayed in separate rooms and all had a good stay. Would stay again."

"The Hotel location very convenient for many things in the area. The Valet service for parking was a nice option but trying to locate the valet was a challenge. Check in was done online, but still took over 10 minutes to get my card activated. We checked in late in evening and had to run to theatre right away so it wasn't until late after the show that we got back to our room. At which time it was after midnight to find a Black Bra stuffed into the seat of the chair in the room. If it hadn't been so late we would have asked for a new room. My wife accidently left her purse in our friends room, we called the front desk to inform them that they would be bringing it down to the front desk. We were told we needed to fill out the LOST & FOUND form online which we did immediately and informed our friends. When they brought the purse to the front desk the person there knew nothing about our call earlier and they were telling us that we need to fill out the form. Once we talked with the front desk and explained that we had already done that they said they would place the purse in the safe until Cleaning Mgr came in on Monday to then process to sent back. I am still waiting to hear back from the Hotel that the purse has been shipped."

"Conveniently located room was clean. Parking fees expensive, $43/day. If your room faces Hennepin St., it will be very noisy on a Friday your Saturday night due to the. patrons at the club across the street. Don't know if this happens regularly, but there were several police cars monitoring activity and blocking off the streets and sidewalk. They do provide ear plugs."

"The hotel was very quiet, which was great. The bar was ridiculously quiet, which was strange. No ambiance at all. I think the bar doubles as the restaurant, I never saw a restaurant. No one ever there. The bartender was friendly and provided great service. I ordered room service one night and it was the bartender that delivered it. I think he's kind of a one man show. It was fine but if you're looking for a lively , happy hour or music or anything going on at your hotel, look elsewhere. The food was ok. Maybe the bartender cooked too? Lol. It was very clean and comfortable. Great location."
