「There is no one to check you in or ask questions to until after 5 pm or so. The front desk isn't staffed in the morning but I finally found someone cleaning a room the following morning. He told me they would not store my small but somewhat heavy bag for pick-up after 5 pm when a front desk person would be there. I said I didn't mind waiting until 5 pm to come back for the bag. He then changed their excuse for refusing to hold the bag to "we can't be responsible for it". I wasn't asking them...

「Not stopped in a YHA before but this was lovely. 3 bedded room to ourselves with private bathroom. Lovely old building with very helpful staff. Very close to everything in Stratford upon Avon would definitely stop again when visiting our friends in Tiddington. If you're a first timer like us please be aware.. no towels, TV or drink facilities in the room.」

「Excellent Service」

「Great to have so many activities for kids. Very comfortable. Calm and relaxing. Only down side was that there were no hair conditioners in the bathroom, just shower gel which doubled as a shampoo. However, so many other perks for amenities in the room. Free Walkers biscuits, nice quality tea and coffee, free water bottles, that were all restocked daily.」

「Room spacious two floors But need to walk a bit from entrance 」

「A beautiful spot and a lovely old mill building that has been renovated very well indeed. Rooms are very nicely decorated and appointed, with comfy beds and pillows.」

「很棒的住宿體驗, 美味的食物(晚餐), 美味的早餐, 佈置用心的房間, 安靜的環境, 一切都非常好」

「What an idyllic delight!!! It’s an old home, but it was so comfortable! Our room was huge, and the breakfast buffet in the morning right outside our door was perfect. The tea & biscuits waiting for us in our room upon arrival were much appreciated, and I got to watch one of the most beautiful sunsets of my life over the sheep fields.」
