「Had previously read the reviews for the hotel and decided to give it a go. On arrival friendly welcoming. Got to room, smelt a bit of smoke. TV the size of a small PC monitor. Outside light on all night lighting up the room even with curtains closed. In the morning no heating until 0645. Tried to have a hot shower, no hot water despite running water for 5 minutes. 」

「Reception courteous and efficient. Thank you Tracey. Light and noise through connecting door; appalling. Waste water macerater excessively noisy - at 6 am when neighbours checked out. Poor outside area. Altogether, main hotel was irrelevant. This was a low standard at an exorbitant price for what was provided. Not recommended. 」

「Parking is very easy and so was check in. The Townhouse although in a central location was quiet. The hotel was clean, and staff very friendly, but would benefit from some updating. The shower in room 9 lost pressure after a few minutes. I asked Expedia to find out if breakfast was available but they could not get an answer and just referred me to the description which says it is.
