"I stayed one night for a Mother’s Day celebration. First, I paid extra for an ocean view room, but the view was completely blocked by palm trees, so I was never able to see the ocean, which was very disappointing. Second, the air conditioning was broken and leaking water. I called for assistance, and someone only came around 12 AM to fix it. The leaking issue was never fully resolved, and no one followed up or called to check if we needed further assistance. My recommendation is to make sure to ask detailed questions before paying extra for an upgraded room."

"I think the TVs need to be reset and people's profiles need to be taken off it was difficult to put my profile in there and sign out of other people's and something would play and show the captions but no video"

"It is sad because I stayed at this hotel several times before and never had any complains. This time ,my room did not have all the towels needed the first day , the hair dryer was broken , toilet seat loose from the floor , no dj on the pool which is one of the things made us come back all the time . The people from the valet parking did not understand that we want only parking for a day and they want to charge us for overnight , specially JENIFER the parking supervisor was very rude . I will start exploring other places . His hotel is not as pleasant at is used to be"

"Staff were friendly. However, we were not assigned our accessible room and never called us back to accommodate our needs to relocate. For wheelchair users, this building is not accessible, doors don’t have automatic openers and rooms (at lest ours) didn’t have grab bars in the bathroom. Construction on the pool which they neglected to inform us at booking was closed, and construction occurred until 4am the first night outside our window. Someone’s kids on the property set off fire alarm at midnight the third night. Pay attention to the bill for food and dining as tip is included but they discretely encourage additional tipping. Elevators worked intermittently and was fairly difficult to navigate the rabbit warren of hallways. Count the towels in your room as they charge at checkout for any that are missing and we were short 3 towels. Overall would have given it a rating of 1, but the friendly staff raised it to a two and the room was relatively comfortable and clean."

"We have stayed here several times before but this trip they had some trouble at check in. The clerk was struggling with the computer process which took over 45 minutes. The frustrating part was a coworker standing idle did not respond to him when he asked questions SEVERAL times. It could have been other issues with them. We were frustrated and we were charged 2 times for the room in addition to the incidental charges although it was prepaid. In the morning the manager did fix the problem so I judge by how they attempted to fix the problem"

"The hotel wallpaper is peeling everywhere, the carport needs to be cleaned. They turn the air off, so if you visit during warmer times, your room will be hot! It took several visits to the guest services to get our air to an acceptable temperature "
