「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」

「The hotel has been renovated, and the room facilities are very new and clean. However, for non-smokers like us, the hallway has a strong smell of smoke, despite the “No Smoking” sign at the entrance. The soundproofing of the rooms is not very good. On the positive side, the breakfast is plentiful, and the staff are very friendly!」

「The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, but our top comforter was stained, and we needed more blankets to keep us warm, even with the air conditioning turned up to 73, from the 70 when we checked in. The outdoor pool and hot tub were wonderful. We weren’t fans of the indoor ones or the breakfast options, especially when the reviews raved about the great options, it seemed to be lacking.」
