"I would stay here again, mainly because of the staff. The managers at this hotel were impeccable. For someone that travels every month and lives out of a suitcase, this team was beyond attentive and hospitable. I checked in close to midnight, and the gentleman behind the desk already allotted me for a late checkout for my last day (due to flights). He was so helpful and understanding. It didn't stop there. I needed coffee during the day (as the Bistro shop was closed); but one of the managers of the hotel WENT OUT OF HER WAY to make me coffee EACH DAY!!!! She wouldn't even allow me to pay or tip. I was speechless beyond words. Her name escapes me; but the sweetest blonde manager you could ever come in counter with. She was lovely; and I only wish her the most success in life. She was worth the stay!!!! -Jordyn"

"Expedia does not explain that this hotel is not a hotel, but it is actually a vacation property which if I had known I wont have booked it. Parking space too narrow. Very hard to find parking. The next day I called Expedia to cancel the reservation and issue me a refund for the other nights, I was told that I would get a refund for $1321.16. I am still waiting for the refund. I called Expedia several times and every time as told that I would the refund. the property is okay if you like rental properties, I do not. My husband went there to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and wanted a nice hotel on the beach, definitely not a rental property."
