「I was absolutely over the moon with this hotel. Don't listen to the negative reviews. It was an absolute delight. Anil and the Nepalese manager (didn't catch the name) were so pleasant and they were friendly, helpful and great at their job! And the cleaner with the red hair was top notch! I had a quadruple room for 3 people for 2 nights and it was HUGE. It was one of the biggest rooms I've stayed in. I was so impressed that the ironing board, iron, hairdryer, extra blankets and extra pillows...

「Lovely house in a beautiful setting. Decor old fashioned but OK. Most staff helpful and pleasant. No hot water on first day and, despite informing a staff member, it was only lukewarm on second day. Poor breakfast on first day - some food not available (eg bacon) and only one staff member on duty while also covering reception. Driveway full of potholes.」

「We’ve booked one night here at first, then we decided to go there one day before and booked one more day. We told the reception lady when we arrived check in, she said it’s ok, no need to do the check in again and we could stay in the same room. The next day at ten mins before ten, a housekeeper locked on our door and told us to check out. We’re surprised and told her our case, she told us to check with the reception. Then the reception said we’ve to check out and come back by 4 to check in...
