"Very clean rooms i like how they text you on your phone if you need anything let them know pretty cool"

"The bed was so lumpy I could barely sleep. The room was dirty, including used contacts on the ground. There was a roach in the shower. When I tried to leave the lobby doors wouldn’t open and the front desk agent said “oh ya they’re broken sometimes they don’t open”"

"Although there was an issue with the hotel’s internet connection, a regional manager was able to check us in using her laptop. We were escorted to our room by a very courteous young man who unlocked our room due to the card key generator not working without the internet. One elevator was not working and the ice machine on the 4th floor was also not working. Overall are stay was pleasant. The staff working the breakfast bar were awesome and attentive. Everything from check in to check out was great. Even with a few hiccups our stay was very nice. We will stay here in the future. "

"The location is perfect. There are many restaurants nearby, and Trader Joe’s is right across the street which was very convenient. The room itself was decent and comfortable for the stay."
