We had to spend more than 15 minutes proving that we had indeed booked a room at this hotel. Once we finally accessed the room, several issues became apparent. Das Personal alle sehr nett (besonders: Rassie, mit dem wir unvergessliche Stunden auf den Game Drives hatten und Chris, der sehr zuvorkommende Barkeeper, Kellner). Eine total Katastrophe war das Essen. Im Vorfeld wurden wir nach Allergien etc. gefragt. Jedoch wurde nichts davon umgesetzt. Ich muss mich vegan ernähren, aber kann Eier essen. Ebenso hatte ich angegeben, dass ich kein scharfes Essen vertrage, bekam aber jeden Tag...
