"Although this is not a high end property, it is ideal for anyone wanting somewhere to stay when visiting the Co-op live arena or the Etihad stadium, an the free parking is a bonus. It was around a 10 minute walk to the arena. The stairs are very steep and narrow and care is needed coming down them. The bathroom and bedding etc was really clean and the beds were very comfortable. Checking in was very easy and keyless and the host was quick to reply on the day when asking about the WiFi password...

"Great location for a weekend in manchesr"

"Great one night stay in this hotel, we really enjoyed it. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly on arrival- we even checked in slightly early! Location was brilliant, only a short walk to the Etihad Stadium- highly recommended if staying overnight for the football. Our room was brilliant- comfy bed, small bathroom but had everything we needed and shower was very hot. We opted to have breakfast included- this was continental but there was lots of choice including meats, cheeses, breads, boiled eggs, selection of jucices and hot drinks, and pastries. Thank you for a brilliant stay!"

"We stayed for one night to celebrate a special occasion and had a wonderful experience. The staff were amazing throughout our stay, friendly, professional and very accommodating to our needs. We booked an executive room, which was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered a great view. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the team for helping make our celebration memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others."

"I've stayed in maybe Holiday Inn Express but this doesn't rank very highly. My room air con was faulty, it was very hot. I should have asked for a room change but braved it through which was a mistake as I woke up at 2am due to the heat and lack of circulation and couldn't get back to sleep. Had a late check out but decided to check out early. Most of the staff were nice but one particular staff member was not great. So a mixed review."

"Nice comfortable double. The room was a good temperature throughout the stay. If known was going to be placed in a room facing the road would have brought earplugs as I am not used to traffic. Reception was very helpful and quick check in made sure that my car was in sight of the security cameras. Happy to use this hotel again."
