「Our check-in was very pleasant. We were welcomed warmly by Nolan at the front desk. Once we got into our room, we realized the bedding was dirty with a few hairs remaining. We called down for a bedding change and they sent housekeeping up. However, as we were waiting, we sat on the chair in the room near the window, and noticed a sizeable amount of dirt on the floor that had not been swept. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.」

「Room 314 was spacious, clean and even though we were directly across from the elevator, still very quiet. Bed was comfortable and a/c worked very well. The TV kept going out for no reason but that was a minor thing. The major thing was for two different days the hot water was not available either in the morning or evening. I was told the boiler system was replaced and everything was not balanced out yet. Not really sure what happened but it did keep a good stay from being a great stay.」

「Room and property are clean, and updated. Staff were nice and responsive. I was greeted with good morning and hello by each of the staff. Property is near the highway and easy access to anything in Lawton. Not a lot right near the hotel, you will have to drive a short distance to get to shopping and dining.」
