「Good breakfast. Room door operation is difficult. Desk tried to explain but couldn’t hear instructions due to loud Karens in lobby」

「All I can say is the room was clean and the beds comfortable. Every time I went to the office there was no one at the desk. The garbage cans on the property were overflowing. If there was an ice machine no one bothered to tell us where it was. The refrigerator in the room can best be described as a freezer. Everything we put in the fridge was frozen solid. They claimed to offer breakfast. What a joke. The first morning there were cellophane wrapped plain bagels…some dry cereal that was stale and...

「No receptionist on Saturday Night. No Communication. I lost my money for the night. Lesson Learned. Good way to steal money from hard working people.」

「Both the front desk lady and the breakfast guy were superb. The breakfast guy especially was helpful (offered us hard boiled eggs in ziplock bags); he was super nice as well. Wish we had this kind of hospitality in Phoenix.」

「Con: I arrived after a very long travel day and was assigned a room that was already occupied. I was promptly given a new room however my key was only good for one night so I had to keep going back to desk even though my reservation was for three days. AC made a horrible buzzing noise. Pro: Comfy bed and many pillows! Large fridge and microwave.」

「Solo traveler for a hiking trip. Had everything I needed and the pool was a nice bonus! Room was very spacious!」
