「The customer service is great! Breakfast is good, and the area is well maintained. The hotel should have more specific rooms for pets and smokers. The hotel smells like wet dog, the rooms have unpleasant smell. Swimming pool area has bees, unable to enjoy without getting stung.」

「Nice, quiet and peaceful property with lots of plants, cactus, palm trees. Super cute and authentic property. Pool was SUPER cold, couldn’t use :( Hot tub was warm. Coffee was good :) Oriental Express restaurant…food was quality, consistently fresh, hot and nice variety of dishes. Rooms were spacious and functional with frig, microwave, bar sink and high top table w/two chairs. Beds were clean, and comfortable. We would stay again if ever back in Sierra Vista!」
