「The customer service is great! Breakfast is good, and the area is well maintained. The hotel should have more specific rooms for pets and smokers. The hotel smells like wet dog, the rooms have unpleasant smell. Swimming pool area has bees, unable to enjoy without getting stung.」

「The check in process is terrible, I did not receive email to fill out their waiver form as they mentioned that Expedia did not pass them my details. I had to get on multiple calls with them to get the link to fill out the waiver which took time, also I had 2 reservations with them for which I had to fill out waiver twice. Even after filling out the waiver, the access codes to our rooms expired, the office at the property only opens M-F 9 to 5 and since we were there for a weekend trip we didn’t...
