"We arrived after 10pm and a lady put us in a room. When we lugged all of our bags to the room and opened the door it was someone else's room. It was full of beer bottles and the lights were on and thankfully someone must've stepped out because it could have been ugly us walking into a room to scare a drunk person. We saw the lady and she said follow me. We walked up the stairs and she didn't offer to take any of our bags. She was half our age. She gave us a new room and NEVER apologized. The next day we let someone know and she was apologetic. The next night we had bags etc and went to the outside gate from the parking lot to open it and the key didn't work. we had to drive around to the front and they said oh someone made the key seem like you were already checked out. She said she's been doing this a lot. This wasn't an easy check in or stay and it made us feel unsafe because we were afraid someone was going to walk in on us."

"The pool was extremely cold and dirty. My biggest issue was with the breakfast. On the day that the cook had off we had cookies instead of scrambled eggs and bacon or biscuits and gravy. There were other things like waffles, cereal, instant oatmeal, toast, bagels, coffee, juice. It would have been nice to have a cook that relieved the other one. The next biggest issue was the housekeeping staff, at least 3, were standing around eating breakfast at the counter blocking the food from the customers. Very unprofessional!"
