The rooftop setting is simply magical. Walking through gardens — in the middle of winter — and then discovering the heated outdoor pool surrounded by snow was surreal. Soaking in warm water while the Montréal skyline shimmered around us felt like something out of a dream. The atmosphere balances elegance and comfort beautifully. The rooms are spacious and quiet, offering the kind of rest that travelers truly crave after long days exploring. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming — the kind of hospitality that feels effortless but makes all the difference. "The room was spotless. I’ll say the property overall has a bit of a dated feel but for our purposes, it was perfect. A 3 minute walk to the Metro, an 8 minute walk to all the shopping on Sainte-Catherine and a 1 minute walk to a great coffee shop around the corner meant we made the most of our time in Montreal. The “kitchen” was great too- perfect for making tea, storing our snacks and reheating our leftovers. We’ll be staying here again. "
