"The common areas were clean, and breakfast was neat with a decent selection. However, when I entered the room, the bathroom was not clean—there were used towels hanging, so I had to check each time whether the towels were actually clean before using them. The shower booth also hadn’t been properly cleaned; there were old bottles of lotion and other products left there, looking damp and messy. "Rooom 128 A/C didn't work very well, but with pressing the reset button on the wall outlet it eventually turned on. Didn't keep the room very cool, but it was cold outside so didn't matter too much. Staff was very friendly."
