"There was dog pee everywhere in our room, multiple spots. Could not move rooms, no offer to clean or discount the room cost. Also, no continental breakfast which we thought was standard with Holiday Inn properties."

There were broken tiles, mildewed caulked areas around the shower and hair on the wash clothes and towels that wasn’t ours. There were broken door jambs and scratched doors that looked like someone had locked an animal in the bathroom that tried to get out. The duvet cover and blanket within were dirty and thread bare with tears in them. Thankfully, we brought our own blankets, those provided were not usable. "
