The location was nice and the price was fair. Comfortable bed. Nobody informed us that there would be maintenance works in the morning, which was very annoying. Also, the cleaning could be improved.
Nice quiet location, good food options.
Only disabled by the postcode given took me to a wrong part of the park, and tea or coffee in the room would have been nice, as it was not easy getting a drink

Great location but check your room
Nice place in Den haag, located in a park. Very convenient if you have a car. Good service. But our room was very small, more for 1 person than 2, with very limited furnitures. So not very confortable. We will probably try again, due to the great location, with another room.
The hotel was easy to find with satnav, even though it is hidden in the woods. It is in a lovely quiet position and appears to have good facilities to suit couples and families alike. Check-in was simple and quick.
We booked Room 4 (Honeymoon Suite) as we had been married 4 weeks earlier. The room was lovely and spacious with a spotlessly clean bathroom, large bedroom with small sofa, TV, desk, chairs, air conditioning and a lovely large corner spa bath.
The only disappointment was being overcharged for drinks (by 14 Euros) but that was soon sorted.
It's a good hotel: clean and quiet, but make sure you don't get a room over the kitchen. The fume extractor is a real pain until 22:00, and the door keeps slamming every now and then when the personnel gets in and out.
Great green area, the vibe of the restaurant.... but I haven't yet met a hotel without a toilet door. To be more plastic, just think a bit about the amazing smell sorrounding the whole room..
At least room10 has no door at the toilet/bathroom. I MEAN... COMEON, IT'S 2024 AFTER CHRIST, NOT BEFORE CHRIST. Don't be so cheap and put a sliding door!

If you aren't bothered by second-hand smoke, and are fine with two single beds pushed together, for then there is a lot to like about this property.
Located in a park, with close access to a bus and on to tram or rail, this hotel was generally quiet and clean. The washroom was clean and serviceable - shower water pressure was not high, but got the job done and the water was hot.
Unfortunately, the deluxe double room is listed as suitable for 3, and the Expedia listing claims "1 queen-size bed". This is not true, at least for room 17 - instead, you get two singles pushed together with a comforter on top!
The hotel is listed as smoke-free (at least inside), which is accurate. Unfortunately, it is clear the hotel was not always smoke free. As someone sensitive to second-hand smoke, the experience was quite unpleasant. I think it was in the box spring, or the carpeted headboard, as with the windows open all day the room generally was fine, but sleeping was not.
While there doesn't appear to be AC, the windows do open, and there is a sun shade over them, so we didn't have a problem with temp overnight.
It's a shame the advertised bed was not true, and that the hotel had old smoke in the fixtures - otherwise, would have been a lovely place. And if you don't mind these two drawbacks, it could be a good choice for you.
(There was also unexpected construction that started loudly at 8.30 one of the days)
Window did not close, shower had no pressure, TV was installed on wall at right angle to bed, bedside lamp required getting out of bed to switch on and off. Hotel seems to be under renovation with lots of materials and equipment lying about.
Arrived at hotel only to be told there was no reservation for our 2 rooms that were booked well in advance and no spare rooms. Some issue between hotel and Expedia here, worth checking with hotel directly to ensure your rooms are booked!
Hotel rooms was basic, clean and suited us fine for our short break. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was continental style which we did have on 1 morning.
Nice hotel in a nice area, don’t go when the European football championship is on as they had a giant screen just outside. Otherwise very happy with it.

Liked: Cleanliness
Nice location and reasonable priced. It a split item with a separate restaurant in the building. Booking it times are strict so allow time to find no 24 hour desk.
Room ok but surprised to see no tea / coffee facilities in the room nor available to guest unless going to the restaurant bar. Warm enough glad was only a one night stay though.

Computer was hacked (unsecure network) as soon as I went on line. The google address did not match the location and I got lost in a dark forest in the car - staff had to come and find me and bring me there. All together not a place to visit again.
Sadly the room I was in was freezing when I arrived which was around 11:45pm. Once I put the heating on it warmed up, but then I realised why the heating wasn’t on. The room smelled badly of drains/sewage. Around 4:30/5am, a lorry pulled up with bright reversing lights right outside the window and started unloading the contents into a loading bay which was very loud for around 90minutes. All in all, a terrible night’s sleep. I did visit a friend’s room the next day which was a lot better, but don’t stay in room 8, it was awful!
The most disappointing hotel experience we’ve ever had.
Upon arrival, we walked through a courtyard populated by cats, which appeared to be fed by the hotel staff with cold cuts. The reception area itself was unkempt, with dust stained carpets, a heavy, artificial perfume scent maskin stale odour of cigarettes, and a generally run-down appearance. We were given room 106, which looked nothing like the photos we had seen when booking months in advance.
The room was dark, with mismatched and insufficient lighting. The carpet was dirty, the headboard had fallen behind the bed, the walls were scuffed and poorly painted, and there was clearly no attention to detail. The mirror light in the bathroom didn’t work, the shower had almost no water pressure, and the view from the window was of a pile of discarded kitchen debris. Worst of all, the bedding — including pillows, duvet covers, and sheets — felt damp and cold. The room had no functioning heating system. We had to thoroughly air out the room just to make the bed somewhat usable.
Every morning, we were abruptly woken by extremely loud construction noise coming from directly beneath our room — including a jackhammer.
We booked this hotel six months in advance and were assigned a room directly above a construction site without any notice or opportunity to make alternate arrangements. Every complaint — from a broken safe to the unbearable noise and poor hygiene. Where met with indefference from the staff.
We arrived to no one on the desk and had to go and find someone, who told us there was a big party that had rented out the adjoining restaurant, most of the hotel space, and that there would be loud music all night. We went up to the room to find it was a very hot loft room with one tiny window and no fan. I opened the window but it was too loud with partygoers and music....so we left. We didn't feel it would have been a restful night, and the complete lack of staff didn't make me feel we could ask to change rooms, request a fan or ask for a refund. The whole thing felt like they only really cared about the party venue, and that the hotel was simply an afterthought. I've never walked away from a hotel anywhere in the world, but this one just didn't feel right from the second we stepped in the door. I'm hoping it was just bad timing, but had I have known the entire area was already booked I wouldn't have bothered even trying. Bad communication, and limited...everything else. A real shame, as the surrounding area is lovely.
