"Room is clean, but minimum amenities. Highest star for the staff and their helpfulness. Very basic amenities, bring your own hair cleaning products, dental kit etc. "

"The hotel is definitely showing signs oif the need for a refurb. Tired flooring in bar and restaurant, ridiculously noisy AC units, doors to balcony need updating as do the bathrooms. Staff were generally excellent and breakfast selection was good. I stayed in a 6th floor Deluxe Executive room but overall I felt I was paying for the location rather than any other luxuries."

"We recently stayed 5 nights at this beautiful hotel in the heart of the City and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out we were treated like royalty and every whim was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our beautiful rooms had excellent views of Table Mountain and two restaurants on site offered excellent food options, with the Bombay Brasserie a must visit. The bar too is an excellent place to unwind after a long day. I can’t say enough about the staff …..everyone from the front desk, concierge, doormen, bar & restaurant staff always had smiles on their faces and were eager to please. We have stayed here before and will certainly do so again. "

"The property was very clean and secure. You need a key tag to enter after closing. There were also shop and restaurants attached to the property for easy convenience. Over all it was a great stay and an affordable price "

"Windowless room with horrible ventilation. It's a comparably cheap room in an expensive area. I don't mind not having a window, but then a room needs very good ventilation via HVAC or something. The room I had felt truly suffocating, and even with an open door to the corridor, would barely get any fresh air. That said, the staff was friendly & the room was cleaned diligently every day."

"Very hard bed. Sent us to the wrong room the first time. Staff seemed bothered that I insisted on getting what I paid for. Also didn’t receive the free bottle of wine I was supposed to get. I was hoping Radisson only sucked in the U.S. but I guess it’s universal."
