"I was up all night when I stayed there May 8, 2026 There was a couple of men drunk making loud noise in the hallway all night and I didn't help my room was right next to the elevator."

"Absolutely amazing, The room was beautifully renovated the AC was blasting and amazingly cold, bed, pillow and sheets very very clean, room and bathroom very clean, breakfast was amazing biscuits and gravy for breakfast I’ve never seen that before. 10/10 I will be using this hotel again. "My room wasn't cleaned when I checked in, I then went and ask the front desk if it could be cleaned and was told that it was already cleaned due to the floor being done but there was cleaning staff on the floor when I got on my floor mind you it was 4:30 PM when I checked in. I then asked the cleaning staff if I could at least get new bed sheets on the bed and new towels . I was given new towels and bed sheets but there was trash in the room from the last guest, I had to take the old sheets off the bed and it seemed that was an issue to get the staff to put new ones on . Then when I asked for a manager I was told they wouldn't be in till Monday. Then Sunday morning at 4:00 am the bus shuttle worker made it seem like my sister and I were going to steal drinks from the little store when we seen the sign we had to call someone, even after he seen me dialing the number he stated he was going to call because he doesn't know if I called the number listed even tho the lady came over to help us while he was in the process of calling her. I normally stay at this hotel and love it because it's so close to family and by Easton but I'm thinking I'll never book again . "
