"Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. Our non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarettes, though the front desk quickly moved us to another room. The hallway had a strong chemical odor, the tub was stained and rusty, there was a sticky spot in the tub, the blankets were very thin, and we were unable to connect to the Wi-Fi. The only positive was the front desk employee, who was extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. He handled our concerns promptly and deserves recognition for his excellent customer service. We stayed because it was only one night, but I would not recommend this hotel."
