「I’m still suffering from bedbugs. I had to buy my own blankets to survive there. Unfortunately, the conditions were unacceptable. We encountered cockroaches and flies throughout the unit, and there was constant noise that prevented us from sleeping during our entire stay. This experience does not meet Expida ‘s standards for cleanliness and guest comfort. Due to these conditions, our stay was significantly impacted.」

「My fridge had mold, the shower wouldn’t drain. They offered to change my room and the new room had blood stains on the sheets. I didn’t see those until I was ready to go to bed. At that point it was almost midnight and I had an early morning. I requested a new comforter and let front desk know about the blood but their response was subpar. I hoped at least that when I came back the next day they would have cleaned the room and replace the bed sheets after I explained the situation about the...

「Honestly would not book again. Although the staff were nice, the place was unkempt and dirty. The first room we got the door did not lock properly and there was no sheets on one of the beds. The second room we got the sheets had yellow stains and a little bit of blood on them. Also the towels were dirty. The hand soap was almost completely done and the place had a weird odor. The toilet was moved so you can see the adhesive. The TV was stuck on Spanish we asked them to fix it, the guy tried but...

「There was no sign for the hotel, no sign on the street or on the building. Needs to be renovated, bathroom floor was not "attached", no grout. The bed and room were fine. Carpets are stained. I didn't see the "continental breakfast". I just left. I think there were also homeless sleeping behind the building. The staff was friendly and nice.」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Malone Home. The entire house was newly renovated with nice upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms. The property owner was very responsive with any questions we had. 」

「The staff was very nice, EVERYONE greeted us , and was friendly. Our room was not the best location, middle of the downstairs hall across from vending. Could have asked to move I guess but it was pretty full. I could hear EVERYTHING on the floor above us ,(walking, toilet flushing in the wall next to the bed coming from the floors above). Breakfast was great , the dining area clean and maintained. Overall, I can always count on Country Inn & Suites for a good stay.」
