「The room was spotless and so well appointed!!! Hooks on the screened porch for towels and wet swimsuits, is a great example. The kitchen had everything I needed for simple meal prep. and I appreciated the keurig. The staff was friendly & helpful. The grounds felt safe for a solo traveler. The boardwalk and outdoor chairs made the gulf easily accessible! The individualized parking was so convenient & appreciated!! I absolutely recommend The Shalimar⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️」

「We enjoyed a superb week! Staff was extremely helpful, our room was clean and quiet. The inn provided beach chairs, towels, and carts for the 10 minute walk to the beach, even a shell cleaning station. Plenty of bikes for guests to use. Excellent dining and ice cream shop available across the street. We can't wait to go again next year!!」

「Great hotel. Not much noise between rooms. You hear the outside restaurants but they stop playing at 10.30. Great pool area and free parking is always a plus. Nice staff. The only problem is the very weak WiFi. It does not reach the balcony or the pool area and the bandwidth is pretty slim. But we could definitely stay again」
