「The location is a 5 min walk from Aviva stadium and the dart train into downtown Dublin! When there isn’t a rugby match at the stadium the Neigborhood is very quiet and walkable to local coffee shops in sandymount! Rooms are pretty small but well done and comfortable! 」

「Just right for what we wanted. Quiet and clean. Comfortable (remembering that this is a guest house, not a hotel). Marie was very attentive to our needs (notably ensuring there was gluten-free food in the kitchen). Would definitely stay again.」

「Comfortable room with all the basic necessities in place. Friendly owner and staff. Close to bus stop for buses that take you to city centre. While the DART station is slightly far away, it’s a nice 20-minute walk in the neighbourhood (and through a lovely little park). I was spoilt by the delicious breakfast every morning! 」

「Overall the stay was pleasant: artistic room decoration, delicious food, nice staff with convenient location. One small reminder only: bring your own toiletries kit like tooth brush, toothpaste, etc. to avoid unnecessary shopping.」

「The staff is what made this quick overnight stay great. Very helpful and courteous. There is parking in the back of the hotel so that is very nice. The hotel is clean and well appointed. The beds are comfortable, water pressure in the bathroom good, and overall a great option outside of what can be the chaotic Temple Bar area.」

「Ok I've stayed here before in a double room. This was a single room - it was small but clean. Room was ok. The communal areas are tired. The stairs smelt quite unpleasantly. I couldn't see any vibile soling. Thete are no on-site staff so I couldn't escalate. 」
