「We had a very nice stay here and will definitely revisit again next time we come back to Isle of Palms. The rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the location is just absolutely wonderful. You don’t have to drive to the beach, restaurants, bars, stores, etc. as the property is located right on the main street where all of the popular things to do are located at, including frontline beach access. 「We arrived an hour late, a little after 5. Check-in was 4. There were 2 or 3 other families waiting. Yes we had to wait till 6 for our room. Had to pay extra for parking, but did take off one day because our room wasn’t ready when we arrived. The room was clean and the morning breakfast was ok. The pool was clean. We had a great time it was just the first hour.」

「Parking was easy for me, they have valet. The front desk staff was very professional, accommodating and pleasant. My room was neat and clean. The pool is medium small and goes up to 5 feet. The hotel was in the best location if youre visiting the hospital across the street. 」

「This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in my entire life 💖. What made this hotel so amazing was the staff. EVERYONE was beyond helpful and we really felt appreciated and loved. When I say everyone, I mean the check-in staff, the valet attendants, and even our server at the restaurant. It’s gorgeous inside and the location is outstanding! I will be back!」

「We currently stayed at Shem Creek June 30th-July 5th. When we arrived our room appeared to be clean. We however never received any housekeeping during our whole stay. We even asked one of the housekeepers if she could clean our room on the 4th day we had been there, she never showed up. Also the other groups of people we were there with never received any housekeeping there whole stay.」

「Check in was a challenge. Got there a few minutes after 3pm. Remembering reading 3pm check-in we went in. Our room wasn’t ready. She said 15 min. 20 minutes later she came over and said 15 more minutes and left. Shifts changed. The new staff didn’t know we were waiting and we had to go over and they said they would send someone to the room to get it ready. Disappointing first impression. The room was nice and easy check out. 」

「Everything was fabulous!!! Only complaint was that we are gold status and were suppose to receive a room upgrade. Our travel partners received the upgraded king with fireplace and are not gold status and we did not, A little disappointing but the stay was still great ! I did ask about this but was told all the rooms are different .」
