"Overall the place was great, the staff was amazing. My only complaint was that there was not enough pool or beach chairs for how many guests they accommodate. Also, their restaurant selection isn’t the best but the buffet was great. "

The employees were very friendly and helpful I really loved staying at the Riu in Aruba , this was my first time in Aruba staying at the Riu palace I stayed for 9 days , I did 4 excursions I had the time of my life . "I booked ocean view room up on arrival we got island view been told no room available only tomorrow , few days had broken lock with malfunction of key on the way back at check out front desk messed my stay with previous guest and tried to put international phone bill on us . Horrible non professional never seen before "
