"This was our 3rd time at the hotel in 2 years. Housekeeping seems to be slipping. Above 90% of the windows need to be washed. Especially upsetting was the glass half wall around the patio. In the first 2 years it was spotless. Now it is streaked in places with bird droppings. The base of the wall has an accumulation of bird droppings. The 1st 2 years, that area was power washed if not daily, then very often. Now it doesn't get regular attention and the restaurant uses the area for dinner. I also once could not reach the front desk for a room problem, and the mailbox was full. We also saw a decline in some of the maid service. It seems they have reduced in house staff for contractors. There was no soap in body wash dispenser in shower and we were told the individual did not know how to change the dispenser. We really enjoyed this properly our 1st two visits; but worry as new as it is, it may be in an incremental downward spiral "

"Great Hotel , great staff except one staff at the water slide , his name is Ceasar, Rey nasty to the guests. I complained about it at the concierge, they didn’t do anything. "

"The hill from the parking lot to the lobby was extremely steep and very hard for older people to climb. A shuttle should be available."

"overall great experience ! The front desk people were always very helpful . Jonathan who responded to my email questions promptly was wonderful and one of the reasons I decided to come . Priscilla who came around the pool to chat was great. Housekeeping could not have been better . Pool bar tenders were great . Half price happy hour was fantastic. Good very good except for tacos which were in some garlicky ranch . One issue which all hotels are challenged is chairs by beach area. Always brings the worst out in people and no exception here. People come super early to stake out palapas. the vendor next to us was given one of the hotels palapa no idea why but that’s one in 6. zits a small area I get it but perhaps more umbrellas can be placed. Or maybe hand out some daily umbrellas with safe anchors because if the wind. It was very frustrating daily . If that could be solved so would give a 10 out of ten. The kit getter was great but perhaps a hot plate could be given to cook vs just microwave, "

"The place is ok, clean. The cleaning service was good. Some of the employees and servers were nice and friendly. As adults traveling with no kids, there are not many amenities. The gym was small with a few machines, some of them were broken. The pools were not big and always full of young children, I couldn’t use the pools but even once. Not worth to get all inclusive; it’s expensive, you have to make reservations in advance for dinner in the restaurants, and food was good but not variety. Love Aruba, buy I don’t think I would go back to the same hotel. if I do, I wouldn’t get the all inclusive. "
