「 We would like to thank the Hotel staff and Expedia for being incredibly accommodating and helpful. We experienced an emergency during our trip and had to make a last‑minute change, and the support we received was outstanding. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was excellent. 「Quite possibly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Check in was smooth and I was kindly offered a room upgrade free of charge. The room was impeccable. Spa services were wonderful and my massage was amazing. Room service was definitely the highlight for me, the food was fresh and tasty. I would absolutely stay again and I can’t thank the staff enough for their hospitality.」

「Rooms are wonderful and spacious. Skyline Sushi on the 13th floor offers some of the best sushi in all of Amman. Hotel is conveniently close to Abdali Mall and the staff was friendly and hospitable. 」

「At the Kaya, I highly recommend the spa. It is very well equipped with hot tub/ whirlpool, dry sauna and steam room and more, and I really enjoyed the hot stone massage. It was the best antidote to a long flight and day of walking around Amman. 」

「I stayed here for only two nights and had an amazing stay during Christmas. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The gentleman who manages the breakfast is outstanding, who helps to identify different dishes and shares his expertise. The Italian restaurant called Oliva newly opened nearby is outstanding.」

Great location to be out of downtown but still part of it and walkable to old town and rainbow st. Food was the best. Dinners awesome. Highly recommend for professional and family travelers. 」
