At the Kaya, I highly recommend the spa. It is very well equipped with hot tub/ whirlpool, dry sauna and steam room and more, and I really enjoyed the hot stone massage. It was the best antidote to a long flight and day of walking around Amman.

Great staff, great service we had a very comfortable stay and the staff was very frie And helpfull. Also the services way amazing with great spa and great food especially the breakfast. The location is also close to the central part of Amman.

I stayed at KAYA Hotel for one night before heading to Petra, and I was really impressed. The location is fantastic—very central, close to Abdali, and conveniently near the JETT bus stop, which makes traveling around easy. The service was outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I even received a complimentary room upgrade—from a basic option to a spacious junior suite with a living area, a large double bed, and a beautiful bathroom. It was an incredible value for money. The room itself was modern, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was good and I also tried the dinner buffet, which was reasonably priced and had a great selection. The staff went out of their way to explain dishes, give recommendations, and make the experience pleasant. Overall, KAYA Hotel offers great service, a comfortable and stylish room, and a prime location. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Amman, even if just for a short stay.

Very kind staff. They know how to provide service and be attentive to customers. The room is very clean, and the toilet and shower look new. Reasonable breakfast. I didn't like the bed, I complained to the hotel staff and they promised to take care of the matter, but because my stay was short the matter was not taken care of. Overall a very good experience

Very friendly staff, lovely breakfast, clean rooms , good location, nice view from balconies, reasonably priced spa. There is a night shift staff member called Osama who goes above and beyond to help, he personally drove me to the pharmacy to get some travel sickness medicine late in the night. Spa treatment from Abdulrahman was very good

Helpful staff and comfortable hotel

This place was great - I stayed here before and after a trip to Petra and the staff kindly kept my luggage safe in between. Location is close to the bus station and abut 40 mins easy walk to the Citadel. Breakfast was varied and dinner was also good. The spa downstairs is a nice touch

I really enjoyed my stay at Kaya Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. A special thank you to Rami, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our visit. Everyone we encountered was incredibly kind and always ready to assist with any request. One of the highlights was how smoothly they arranged our airport transportation — it took a lot of stress out of our travel plans and showed their commitment to excellent service. The hotel itself was clean, cozy, and conveniently located, making it a perfect base for exploring Jordan. I highly recommend Kaya Hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again on my next trip.

Lovely hotel located close to Downtown Amman

Lovely new hotel located very close to the citadel and downtown Amman. Our room was a suite and had a huge bedroom and a lounge area to, great space and size. The service was amazing from the team too, Rami (working by reception), was a great help, he helped us from day one of our 4 night stay and constantly smiling and assisting where he can. We had a last minute issue with our day trip to Jerash and he kindly stepped in and organised for a hotel car and driver to step in and go ahead with our plans to tour Jerash and Ajlud castle. Great to have someone go above and beyond to help out, thanks again Rami.
