「Rooms are smelly . The bed linen are yellow . Pillows are very dirty. We changed the linen and the actual Pillow were very dirty . You simply can’t put new linen to hide the stains and dirty pillows inside actually. The breakfast had very limited options . 」

There was a few power surges during our visit when th power dropped off for a few seconds to a minute each time. we had requested a double bed in the room but received 2 single beds.」

「KPS resort is a brand new facility with currently only six rooms and the rest still being built out. I stayed for two nights during my temple tour of southern Tamilnadu. The facility is beautiful and is very close to Kumbakonam. Rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. The staff are terrific. The price currently is unbeatable and may not last once it is fully built up. I strongly recommend this resort.」
