Thanh Sơn Vacations from NT$19,811

The hotel is situated close to the old French Quarter on a busy intersection. It is within easy walking distance of St Joseph's Cathedral and Train Street. The staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a cool welcome drink and some snacks on arrival. The breakfast room was a little small and can get quite crowded, depending on your timing. The rooms are a little small, but then you are in central Hanoi and it was not a major issue for us.

Great staff , amazing location located in between everything is walking distance , If you need help for food suggestion ask Julian he’s very helpful for what to get.

Firstly the staff were amazing would do anything for you, the location is the best we’ve ever had in a destination, super close to all you can see in the old quarter. The only thing to be aware of is that the property is quite noisy, we had to ask for ear plugs and are not particularly light sleepers. The walls are paper thin so anytime someone walks past you which was quite a lot on our floor due to the level we were on you can hear everything. The church behind also rings a lot of bells at 5am and you can hear that very loudly from your room. Nothing the hotel can do about that to be honest, I’m only pointing it out so you can prepare and bring some ear plugs or take it into consideration. The minibar is really cheap for refreshments, the breakfast is included but not huge choice. All in all a really good hotel for location and staff… not sure we would pick again just for quality of sleep with the noise… the hotel also was having some work done so we had someone sanding the walls outside our room at 7am one morning. Maybe we just fell on an unlucky week… Hanoi is stunning would highly recommend staying here or within this location.
