「Highly Recommended – Perfect Stay by the River We had an amazing stay at River View Homestay. The kindness of the family made us feel truly welcome, always attentive beyond just breakfast. The room was spotlessly clean, with a spacious bedroom and an immaculate bathroom. The location is ideal—just 2 minutes from Tam Coc center, yet peaceful by the river, with great restaurants and cafés nearby. A perfect mix of hospitality, comfort, and serenity—highly recommended!」

「Good location, but quiet. Friendly staff, laundry service available. Large room, Comfortable bed. Working Aircon, hot water but this runs out fast. Room had a strong air freshener smell when we arrived which we had to air out. Otherwise excellent value for money. 」

「Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. 「Really sweet family, full of hospitality, wants the very best for their guests. Cozy rooms, the beds were a little hard though, but clean and tidy. The location is in a motorbike-bicycle distance from all the many attractions in the beautiful area. 」
