"Best view in the whole city. we stayed in room no. 8 and i am sure we had the best room. the host is very welcoming and made the best breakfast. the walk to the city was easy and quick. there is no parking and the water pressure is low, but we can definitely recommend staying here. don't hesitate, the place gets 10/10❤️"

"If you are looking for a hotel nearby the national park, look no further as this place is perfect You will be sunbathing watching crocodiles in the lake(it’s safe, don’t worry!!) admiring the sunset with the buffaloes and keep hoping an elephant will pop in. The rooms are spectacular,spacious and very very clean. The buffet (both breakfast and dinner) is yummy and with a variety I haven’t seen before. But the highlight of this hotel is the staff. We had the best people looking after us and this was the best thing!"

"“I recently stayed here, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. When I first looked it up, I saw some older reviews that were negative, but those were from years ago when the building wasn’t finished. Now, it’s a beautifully built place—spotlessly clean, no bugs (which can be an issue in Ella), with a comfortable bed, spacious room, and a pristine bathroom. Everything was just perfect. But the real highlight was the view. From the balcony, I saw the most breathtaking sunrises and panoramas you can find in Ella. The service was outstanding. Priyanath and his team, including the chef and another staff member, were incredibly attentive and always went above and beyond to meet my requests—whether it was arranging a budget-friendly car service or responding quickly on WhatsApp. Even the owner was always available and helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting in the future. It’s a hidden gem, and I’ll definitely be coming back "

"Excellent. Clean and comfortable with magnificent views. They are building an infinite pool on the roof that should be ready in a few months. The views will be even more spectacular. "Outstanding hotel! Loved everything about it. We were visiting for 1 night to do the safari (which was also fab) but wished we stayed another night just to chillax!! Was nicely surprised that their dining prices were no more expensive (in fact cheaper in some cases) than other equivalent properties in Sri Lanka given the remoteness & no other options! Food & staff were great. Lovely pool. Highly recommend."
