「Pongo horrible porqué no existe el hotel , estuvimos buscando dando vueltas alrededor de la dirección que consta en hotels.com sin éxito y con la confirmación dre vecinos de la zona de que ya no existia el edificio por demolición ya que en la dirección solo existe un gran solar en obras actuslmente. Así que fatal!」

「its a low budget location if you are staying for a night. Don't expect a lot. Owners are nice and great views. We had booked for a few nights and quickly realized it was not a place to 'rest'. just a place to stop over for one night so that we could do what we had to do in Ella.」

「I booked and paid for my room in advance. I booked a Deluxe Double with Balcony and breakfast. When I arrived, they didn't know about my booking. My room was obviously already taken but they were not honest about that. I was put into another room with no balcony and told that 'the price does not include breakfast'. After a couple of email exchanges with me providing proof of my 'confirmed' booking, he agreed to include breakfast (but he did not change my room). My 'balcony' was the shared area...
