「The hotel was convenient for the convention centre. Checking into the hotel was easy & staff were very friendly. The hotel restaurant had good variety of food for dinner & live entertainment when I was there. The rooms were spacious & comfortable. There was a choice of a buffet breakfast or a la carte. Only downside was parking was outside vs underground.」

「Everything about our visit was amazing. There is really only one complaint, brought my grand daughter to london for the air show, shes 8, she was looking so forward to the water slide at the pool, only to find out it only runs on the weekends. Don't understand why. Other than that the place was very nice, very clean, and beautiful scenery to enjoy. 」

「Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Gated underground parking was very nice, it is first come first served. TV in room didn't work. Breakfast options included cereal, instant oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, yogurts, microwaveable breakfast sandwiches, tea, coffee, juices. Fitness center was spacious but minimally equipped - treadmill, elliptical, dumbells to 30 lbs. There are a lot of homeless folks in the area and people were openly using drugs...

「一開始訂房時在考慮兩間酒店，後來決定選擇了免費停車的這一家。這是它的第一個優點。 辦理Check- in時前台服務很熱情，客房很舒適、整潔。雖然因為疫情原因無法在餐廳吃早餐，但客房也有足夠的椅子可以讓我們在房間內用早餐。附近很多家餐廳，評分也都很高，解決三餐很容易。有機會還會再過去。」

「The place is good, surrounded by several retirement houses, and located next to Western University. However, it takes a 5 minute walk uphill form the nearest bus station, and it is a bit difficult to locate. The facility is fine except the heating is not functioning, it was too dry and too hot, in which I have to leave the window open throughout the night for making myself a little more comfortable. 」

「Spacious, clean, quiet suite in good condition. The room had a small kitchen with microwave and fridge. There's an onsite pool, small fitness room with free weights and some exercise machines. Nice breakfast included with the room. Hot and cold choices. Healthy selections as well. Overall a very nice stay.」

「Trip with 2 grandsons before school returns. Room was awesome for the 4 of us. Separate bedroom with 2nd tv made for relaxing evenings for everyone, after spending the days at the beach. Great breakfasts with lots of choices. Nice pool for before bed swim. Friendly staff, clean well maintained rooms. Absolutely nothing to complain about!!」
