"We come every 3 months and our hotel was full due to the rodeo so we decided to stay here. Checkin was good staff was sweet, lobby was nice but once we got in the elevator and to the 3rd floor it started smelling like sewer and the floor “carpet” was so dirty like it needed to be vacuumed. We entered room 328 and the room was okay old but okay. Once we got in the bed it was so HARD like laying on a board. We were so upset not getting any sleep!! let me tell you we had a hard time making my appointments at MD from no sleep. So this one will be off our schedule for our next trip. Do better courtyard by Marriott.! The price was $289 for one night I feel like I got robbed!!"

"Antonio, the front desk clerk, was amazingly nice. He made the check-in process smooth and brisk, like 2 minutes brick. He was very pleasant and informative. The location, as a Molecular Biologist whom works at several labs in the Medical Center, was perfectly placed. As a Houstonian, you are in Uber or Lyft distance for EVERYTHING like, Midtown, the Museum District, NRG, Houston Zoo. The hotel was clean and beautiful. The roof top pool and bar were so amazing. The shuttle to NRG for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo was a major thumbs up. My husband and I were grateful as we were able to drink with ease and not have to drive back to the hotel. The shuttle pickup and drop-off were perfect. I could not ask for a more better experience. The beds were a bit soft and the dresser has some knicks on it, but 10/10 I would recommend. "
