"This property was of the worst I have stayed at. The gym equipment was broken. The pool was closed for maintenance. There was paper in the hallways on the floor and my room still had leftover food that had molded from guests prior."

"Rooms look initially clean but we had bad experiences that went as far as leaking pipes that flooded the floor and shower head in a new room that didn’t even spray right and it felt like there were issues with the hot water. It was hot coming from the bath faucet but through the shower head it was chilled. The owner of the property was nice and helpful as far as information and switching rooms but that’s as far as the “amenities” went."

"Rebeekah checked us in and was incredibly nice. She was helpful when we were missing our TV remote, she provided amazing assistance and found a working remote control so that we could watch TV. The room was supplied with water and it was clean, neat, and super comfortable."

"This was by far one of THE BEST hotels I have ever stayed in. Every staff member was super friendly and helpful, especially Crystal at the desk and Linda the Breakfast Manager. Super clean too. Very comfy beds and a GREAT walk in shower. I would recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Staff was helpful and friendly. The water pressure in the shower was very low. You had to stand under the shower head a while just to rinse the soap off your body. The light at the room entrance was like a strobe light. For a king size bed they gave you four of the smallest pillows you ever did see, plus they were like sleeping on pebbles. Breakfast was so so. We will not be stopping at this Best Western any time soon."
