The lady at the desk was very nice. The room was neat. The mini Frigidaire was awesome it had a separate freezer. The only thing wrong was the toilet was not clean. There was hair all over it and ground the toilet was dirty. Other than. That the beds were comfy. All in all it was hands down better than Sams casino .

Annual trip

We travel through every year on our way to Texas. We love staying here. Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced. They provide a refrigerator and microwave. There is a convenience store next door with meals available. Love the state park near by too.

The room was very clean, and smelled wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. Very pleasant place. The lady at the front desk allowed me to see the room first immediately before checking in. She was very nice.

The office lady is very sweet and got me checked in quickly. The parking is easy and the room is very clean and comfortable. This motel is very affordable and offers exactly what it claims to.

A relaxing stay

Overall it was very nice. I think the coffee pot had not been cleaned, but everything else was very nice and clean. For a motel if it's rating and price, it far exceeded my expectations. If traveling through Ashdown again, I would definitely stay there and recommend it to others.

Very nice for the price. Basic room. No breakfast or in room coffee but there is a microwave and refrigerator. Just ned a comfortable room to rest, this is it.

It was clean and quiet. Our room had 0 wierd smells or stains. Everything worked until the last day the bathroom light stopped working. Bed was comfortable, shower was warm. No weirdo people hanging around outside
