"I had a three night stay here. when i first arrived i began unpacking. i noticed dust and dirt as i was unpacking so i took a wipe and wiped everything down. the shower had mold and remnants from the last guests. i continued cleaning the room. when i went to put ice in the ice bucket, there was a large mold bloom on the lid of the ice bucket. the next day, when the hotel checked in with me, i told them about my issues with the room and sent a picture of the ice bucket lid. they asked what i would like to do (they did offer for me to switch rooms but i was fully unpacked and hoped it would be an easy solution). I asked for just an ice bucket replacement. when i got back to my room later that night, the beds had been fully stripped of bedding but not made up again, my towels were missing without replacements, and they had thrown my pajamas on the floor. i called the front desk asking for new bedding, and explained the situation. the front desk brought up new bedding for me to make my bed, but when i went to put the duvet insert into the cover, i noticed the front desk had brought me two mattress pads instead of a mattress pad and a duvet insert. I called down and the front desk first tried to convince me that it was in fact a duvet insert and then told me that was all they had. by the time i left even management was trying to convince me the mattress pad was a blanket when i had just made my own bed so i knew the difference. this place is awful. i left in tears. "

"Rooms were clean as well as overall building staff was geat. Only issue was in my opinion price was way too high . I understand it was a week were a major university was graduating but still 1800 ( because they don’t tell you till you are there that parking your car for your stay is an extra 70.00 per day ). Even without that while very nice not worth the price I paid. I could have taken a trip with airfare to Las Vegas for the cost of the trip to Boston."
