The restaurant is under renovation, they supplied a generous amount of breakfast items which you could cook yourself, very convenient as your room has stove and all the equipment needed to self cater. Free laundry facilities, parking at the front door. Keurig coffee, a free daily soda. I will return as they made you feel like family. Clean facilities daily housekeeping, loved Randall the main man. Stairs to the rooms, beware no elevator. To be expected in an original authentic older small hotel. "

" I was pleasantly surprised at this budget hotel! The folks were friendly and helpful from the registration staff to the wonderful ladies cleaning rooms and taking care of the breakfast. The room was clean and pretty updated. Yes, the desk was old and a bit worn, but everything else was great. Loved the larger fridge available! I was in town for 3 days and this was a very family-friendly option. Close to downtown and the university. I definitely recommend "
