"Very clean, comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly. I’d stay here again"

"We go to this property about twice a month and usually have no issues, but this night the hotel was fully booked and we spent about $50 more than we are use to. Tthe room we were given had an A/C unit that was broken. It was only blowing out of 2/3 of the capacity as fans inside the machine were broken and the temp wouldn’t go below 72 (on a humid night) when it normally can get to 60 in those rooms. Around 7 pm we contacted the front desk about leaving and getting a refund and they said for us to wait as they were going to send someone out. About 2 hrs later they had someone there and they replaced the entire unit and immediately the room cooled down. This was about 10:30 pm by the time the repair men left. 10:30 pm. $170 for a night where I didn’t get to relax until 10:30 pm. Called the manager the next business day about getting a free night due to the incident and they said “we stayed, so we can’t give you anything.” The issue I have is my wife and I attempted to get a refund and leave earlier in the night and they told us they couldn’t do that yet the manager said that because we stayed, they can’t honor a free night due to the issue we had. This is not ok. They lost a loyal customer from this. Don’t treat your customers like this."

"There were only 2 things good about this hotel. 1) The staff were very polite. 2) The price of stay was reasonable. But everything else was bad. Room looked decent, but the bed blanket had holes in them as if they were burned or perhaps an animal bit into them. The bathroom was dirty and the bathtub had mold on the outer rims. They had a tv but it wasn’t even working let alone was a remote there. A lot of nats flying around. The filter in the AC was completely dirty and looked broken. Above all stay wise, not the best place, but if you’re looking for a place to stay as a budget friendly last resort, then do what you gotta do."

"We had our vehicle stolen at this location. The vehicle theft within this area is extremely high. The hotel itself isn’t too bad but there is no security at all!! There are a lot of homeless people in the area going through. It’s a very sketchy area!!"

"Wonderful staffing and fantastic breakfast. The elevator was the only complaint. It was CRAZY SLOW when no one was waiting. You could used the stairs faster, if you weren't carrying luggage or food. We were on the 4th floor with a great view and location for various events, shopping and traveling."

"The breakfast was fresh,the room was outdated and old but it was clean for the most part. There was a vintage alarm clock that did not work. The air conditioner was VERY loud and the worst part was not having an elevator which surely has to be not up to ADA standards. Carrying luggage up and down a staircase is awful! On a positive note the location was good for the wedding I was attending and the nice lady at the front desk that checked me in was extremely nice, helpful, and hospitable. "

"I was really impressed with the value of this property. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the water pressure was great, the toiletries smelled amazing and the room had all the little things I needed (iron, hairdryer, empty mini fridge). The room was well soundproofed and the blinds blocked the light from the window properly. The property was aesthetically pleasing and the staff were all lovely. I arrived late on an international flight and emailed to make sure my room was held and they responded so I didn’t have to worry. I like that there are snacks and drinks, including wine and beer, available for sale in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again and felt the value for the cost was high."
