"We chose this hotel as it was a bit outside of the main centers of Syracuse and Ortigia. However, we were disappointed that they did not allow us to check in early, even though it was only about an hour to check-in time. They held our luggage for us but then when we left to get lunch to pass time so we could come back and check in, they forgot they had our luggage and were trying to show us straight to our room. "I had a great week's stay here (July 2026). All the lstaff were both gracious and helpful and couldn't do enough for you. The rooms were clean and functional ; the room allocated had a sea facing balcony and so had a great view also. Would go back."
