Restaurant couldn't seem to get our steak rare. They did replace the first steak that was well done with a steak that was medium, which we accepted as the rest of our party had already finished their meal. 「The location is only 4 minutes drive to Big Bend which is a big plus for us.
We stayed there 4 nights, and the host is responsive and keep the trash in our room cleaned every day. The check in and check out thrue texting is also convenient for us because we check in late and check out early thanks to the smart door lock.
The layout is practical and in room appliances (microwave, fridge, hair blower) are also help us staying in there for easy breakfast and dinner.

「I'll be honest Willow House is part of why I committed to this trip. I saw it online and thought, this alone is worth going. And I say that as someone who has been burned by listings that oversell and underdeliver.

「The place was very clean, and as listed had pretty complete kitchen which we enjoyed. Bedrooms are a bit tight but we managed. Experienced record heat but ac worked great! Good location for visit to Big Bend. We should’ve stayed 2 nights. 」
