Great for families!
The hotel has excellent customer service. All the staff were friendly and attentive. The in hotel restaurant is convenient and has a great variety of food options. My only wish was that the location was a bit closer to the town center but that meant it was a bit quiet which was appreciated. Good value overall!

Nice hotel relatively close to Teotihuaca Pryamids
Nice, clean and relatively quiet. Great staff at both hotel and adjacent restaurant.

The entire Hotel and restaurant is amazingly clean!!! Everything at this place is decorated beautiful, the hospitality has been outstanding and I am beyond impressed on everything. The food at the restaurant is outstanding! They made minor accommodations to them that meant everything for me and my partner, we are beyond thankful.

The employees were all very kind and helpful. The location is very nice if you plan to visit the pyramids, it take aprox. 10 minutes by car. The room was clean and all the basic products (towels, shampoo, soap, etc.) were available when we arrived. The only disappointment was the shower, that was only warm after some minutes and did not get really hot again until we left the hotel. A "cold" shower in a cold morning was not pleasant.

Sorry about these inconvinients, we could´ve done something if u have told us when we ask, and also sorry again for the floor under the table in the restaurant it was not clean as some guest used it before u and we didnt realize the floor was not clean. Incredible location, really close to all areas of interest. Great service overall and exquisite food! I'd just suggest to expand the room service hours, 10 pm is too early.

Excellent hotel in close proximity to the Pyramids and downtown Teotihuacan. The staff were all amazing. The room was beyond comfortable and spotless. The only point of criticism is to do with intermittent WIFI. Very nice swimming pool and grounds.

The spaciousness of the rooms, kindness of the staff, delicious food, and most especially the light up huge jacuzzi tub. Oh, how could I forget the enormous clean, comfortable beds?!

The property was very clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. The staff and service was excellent. The on site restaurant food was very good. Overall, my stay was very good. It was much more than I expected.

Nice for a one or 2 night stay
We had a very warm welcome and we got help and information to all of our questions. The restaurant has very nice food for a very good price and the breakfast is nice as well. The only things that matters, are that it is a bit noisy because of the close by main street and that there is nothing around like bars, restaurants or shops in walking distance.

The hotel staff was very attentive and the service was great! Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is coming to the pyramids. The price was very affordable.

Nice business hotel.
Hotel close to Teotithuacan Pyramids. New and comfortable but insufficient heat for the cold weather we experienced. Shower water only warm but adequate. Very clean. Spacious room. Good on site restaurant, well prepared and served food and reasonably priced. The pyramids completely lived up to their reputation, do not miss the on site museum at gate 5, best place to enter and park.

Close to Teotihuacan but noisy.
This hotel is on the side of a highway and there is a lot of noise. The cleanliness and service were excellent but the town is quite rural. That said, if you would like to visit Teotihuacan (and you should!) I don't know if there are better options; just bring your earplugs and arrive before 8 if you would like to eat in the restaurant.

Our visit to the Pyrammides.

El agua caliente no salía pero el hotel me atendió muy bien, así que poco después se solucionó el problema. La habitación limpia y ordenada estuve muy contenta:)) El único malo fue unos huéspedes llegaron al hotel 3:30am con muchísimo ruido por eso me desperté por la mañana muy temprano. El hotel debería advertir a su cliente que estén atentos a otras personas.
