「We’ve stayed at the Germantown Inn for the past three years and have always enjoyed it, and seeing Krissy, the friendly and knowledgeable innkeeper. We were sorry to see this year that the lovely afternoon charcuterie spread is no longer offered and the generous warm breakfast including homemade quiche is now a barebones collection of muffins and other empty carbs and a pot of coffee. 「Breakfast was really good, rooms were well equipped and great location. Andie at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. My only small complaint is that the pillows are not very comfortable but a small thing compared to all the good qualities of the hotel . 」

「The only issue was on check in. The guy who checked is in ( long black hair in a ponytail ) initially booked us into the wrong room. ( 10pm on 5th ). When we went back down to get checked into the right room it looked to be a huge inconvenience for him to sort. Plus the refund of the deposit taken on my card for this room has not been paid back yet - 2 x 98.78 on to card no 5384 2300 8037 2376. I’m still waiting on this to be paid back . I’ve spoken to hotel staff who said they would get it...

「Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hallway coffee machines were a little difficult to operate and the results were hit or miss. Cocktails on the roof and in the bar were a little over-priced (partly due to the outrageous Nashville tax on alcoholic beverages, which is over 24%). 」
